All Calendar sales are final. If product is damaged due to shipping or manufacturering, you can exchange it for a new product within 14 days of arrival to you.

If the DVD malfunctions or is damaged during shipping, send it back to Wild, Inc. within 14 days of arrival to you and we will ship you a new DVD. We do not offer a money back guarantee on DVDs, due to the duplication technology on the market today. We worked hard to bring you these DVDs and in order to make future DVD's we need every sale. We thank you for your understanding. Mail your damaged DVD and an explanation of problem back to: Wild, Inc., Attn: Returns, P.O. Box 589, Willow, AK 99688. Include a copy of your sales receipt. We will get a new one in the mail the very next day, that we receive the damaged one back. |
